The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority is inviting proposals from eligible Consultants opened to local and International Consultants through the Government e-Procurement System for Expressions of Interest for the Selection of Consultant for Engineering Study and Detailed Design for the Retrofitting and Upgrading of the Bulk Sugar Terminal for the Safe Unloading, Storage, Handling and Distribution of Woodchips to Independent Power Producers (IPPs), including Associated Wharf, M&E and Infrastructure Modification Works

Proposals must be submitted online on the Government e-Procurement System as per Key Activity Schedule
Consultants who have submitted their proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule on the Government e-Procurement System
Proposals for EOI will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants /Representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per Key Activity Schedule on the Government e-Procurement System
