Request for Expressions of Interest for Supply of Mechanical and Land Preparation Services

The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority (MCIA), a parastatal body falling under the aegis of the Ministry of Agro-Industry and Food Security, is inviting potential national bidders to submit proposals for their interest for Supply of Mechanical and Land Preparation Services for Sugar Cane Planters’ fields across the Island through the Government e-Procurement System.
The Bidding Document reference: MCIA/IFB/2023/146 may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org.
EOI must be submitted on line on the e-Procurement System at latest by Wednesday 17 January 2024 up to 13.30 hours.
Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from 17 January 2024 from 16.01 hours to 19 January 2024 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time).
EOI will be opened online at Mauritius Cane Industry Authority, Head Office, Rėduit on Friday, 19 January 2024 as from 13.31 hours in the presence of bidders/representatives who may choose to attend.
The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority reserves the right to accept or reject the whole Express of Interest and to annul the EOI exercise without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any participant/s or any obligation to inform those who have expressed interest on the grounds for rejection.
