Registration of Suppliers
(a) The Mauritius Cane Industry Authority, a parastatal body falling under the aegis of the Ministry of Agro-Industry and Food Security, is hereby inviting potential suppliers, service providers, contractors and consultants to register for the supply of goods, works, services and consultancy services.
(b) All interested parties are requested to register by duly completing the Registration Form which can be obtained at the reception desk of the MCIA Head Office, Moka Road, Réduit or can be downloaded from the this link: https://www.mcia.mu/procurement/
(c) Interested parties/individuals are also invited to register on the e-Procurement System on http://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org to be able to participate in online bidding exercises. The e-Procurement System helpdesk may be contacted on 201 1530 or by email on eprocdesk@govmu.org for assistance.
(d) The duly filled Registration Form with all relevant documents, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked ‘Registration of Suppliers’ on the top left-hand corner must be deposited, not later than 2: 00 p.m. on Tuesday, 10 March 2026, in the Tender Box located at the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority, Réduit, addressed to:
